OWS has made a purchase of a large group of vintage sporting guns from Europe and will be listing all items on this website. This is a British made Williams & Powell 12ga side by side shotgun, in good-VG condition, perfect working condition. Photos are of the actual gun so you can see its exact condition. Gun features a straight stock, checkered at the wrist and forend, exceptionally figured wood with burnt orange buttpad, ID disc, hand-engraved receiver, trigger guard, Anson forend, Barrels are replacement barrels marked “New barrels by Joseph Bourne & Son, Birmingham”, Greener style Birdhead locking system, ejectors, Nitro proofed, chambered for 2 1/2″ shells, 14 1/2” length of pull, 28” barrels and 44 1/2” overall length. A very nice example of a classic English side by side shotgun.
