This is one of a small group of vintage Colt 2nd Issue Detective Special revolvers. (YES! All are Curio and Relic qualified and we accept a C&R for shipment!) All are Cal .38 Spl. Colt, 2″ barrel, blued, original grips, perfect working condition, cosmetic condition and finish as shown in photos, gun has been refinished as shown; complete with all original parts. Second Issue manufacture, serial number indicates a 1954 date of manufacture, an extremely early example.
