Mauser K98 K Original German WWII BYF 44 Matching Bolt, TG & Front Band

Description

This is a very nice all-original World War II German K98 K rifle, in overall very good condition.  Metal retains approximately 80% original finish, has original Waffen marks on the barrel, receiver, trigger guard, front sight, rear sight base and stock and buttplate.  Bolt handle has original matching number to the receiver, front sight has original shroud, front band is numbered to the gun, (rear band not numbered).  The rear sight is 100-2000 meter gradients and waffen marked (sight not numbered),trigger guard is stamped, BYF marked as well as Waffen marked, floorplate is numbered to the gun.  Buttplate is stamped and waffen marked.  Barrel shows advanced pitting, dark bore.  Gun has original cleaning rod.   Serial number of gun is 11028  Cal. 8mm Mauser.

Stock is in very good condition with no visible cracks and retains original Waffen marking on buttstock.
