English made, 12 gauge side by side shotgun by W.C. Carswell, address Exchange Buildings, Chapel St., Liverpool, and so marked. This gun carries 28 inch barrels, both choked Modified, has a 14 1/2 inch Length of Pull, and is 44 5/8 inches in overall length. An engraved receiver, with nice straight screws, is paired with a splinter foreend that features an ebony wood insert. A nicely grained and still sharply checkered straight English Walnut stock, with presentation plaque and plastic butt plate present. This is a very nice, tight gun.
